Lines, late a prr I""Y‘ vate in Company B, First Illinois Artillery, the sum of three hundred and sixty dollars in tull payment and satisfaction of all his clann, pay, and allowance as a soldier, and as a military telegraph operator from June first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to September eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, both inclusive, and upon such payment to close the account of Said Lines on the books of his department.
