Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uniwd Mary Ami Mc- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- C*m°l» P°“¤*°¤· rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll the name of Mary Ann McCa.rrol, of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, widow of James McCarrol, deceased, late a member of Company B, Forty-third Ohio Volunteers, who died from disease and exposnue contracted in the line of duty while in the military service of the United States. _ ` Approved, March 3, 1881. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Calvin Bronson, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {°f““d °f *°b”°°° Treasury be authorized and directed to pay to Calvin Bronson eleven ”’X` thousand two hundred and eleven dollars out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full satisfaction of an illegal tax assessed upon certain smoking tobacco and paid by him under protest.
