No money order shall be issued unless the applicant furnish the name Information to and address of the person to whom the amount is to be paid, and his be furnished by Own name and address; or, the name of the firm, or company who are “PP1i°°·¤”· the remitters or payees, together with the addresses of each. ARTICLE 6_ · fo..€..da,§'.P “°‘ The advices of all money orders issued upon the United Kingdom by Advioes oferders the post omoes in tho United States shall be sent to the Office of Ex- iw16d *0 b¤ muschange at New York, where they shall be impressed with a dated stamp ’“‘“°d· (Form “A ") showing the amount to be paid in Sterling money, and transmitted by the next mail, to the Chief Omoo at London, accompanied by a List, in duplicate, drawn upon the model of Form “B ". The advices, on their arrival in London, shall be compared with the entries in the List, and, afterwards dispatched to tho paying offices. In like manner the advices of money orders, drawn on the United States by postmasters in the United Kingdom, shall be sent to the Chief Omoo at London, shall there be impressed with a dated stamp (Form "A ") showing the amount to be paid in United States money, and be dispatched accompanied by a List, in duplicate, (Form “C ") to the Office of Exchange at New York, by the next mail. The advices, on their receipt at New York, shall be compared with the entries in the List, and afterwards dispatched to the paying omces. _ _ The advices of orders issued in the United States in the month of DO*d°;“ ‘”“°d "J December, which may arrive at the Omce of Exchange at New York in mm °r' the earlier days of the following month, shall be entered on Lists supplementary to that of the last day of the month of December, and, in like manner, the advices of orders issued in the United Kingdom in the gram mesa in month of June, which may arrive at the Chief Omoo at London in the June. ‘ earlier days of the following month shall be entered on Lists supplementary to that of the last day of the month of June.
