Ellsworth, late collector of customs at the port of Suspension Bridge, New York, the sum of two thousand five hundred and eighty dollars and fifty cents, being the balance of moneys paid into the Treasury of the United States by mistake by the said Ellsworth during the fiscal years eighteen hundred and seventy and eighteen hundred and seventy-one.
