Jones, widow of the late Oliver P. Jones, who was killed on the “Morgan raid " during the late war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, August 5, 1882. Rice, who died in Libby Prison, Richmond, Virginia, February twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, having been captured by General. J. E. B. Stuart, in a raid through Pennsylvania, on the tenth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and that she be paid the sum bf eight dollars a month.
