If pending the settlement of anaccount, one of the two Postal Admin- $<>¤¤l¢¤1¢¤*· istrations shall ascertain that it owes the other a balance exceeding five hundred pounds (£500) sterling, the indebted Administrations shall promptly remit the approximate amount of such balance to the credit of the other. _ This account shall be in accordance with the forms “D," “E," "F," Fj>¤¤¤"D,""E»" and “G," annexed to this Convention.
