S°°'°*'·'¥ °€h°‘° ury be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase the ground adjoining md u,:!,,::,],:; the United States court-house and postonice building in the city of gimme, Springfield, in the State of Illinois, bounded on the north by Monroe street, ou the east by Seventh street, on the west by Sixth street, and Aww, on the south by the alley in the middle of the block: That Ti{;]g_ said additional ground can be purchased, and a good vahd title secured to the United States, for not exceeding twenty-six thousand dollars.
