MUNI 3. 1885- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Statcx of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Wichita, ltans Treasury he, and is hereby, authorized and directed to purchase n Pfwhc b'¤ld*¤S- site for, and cause to be erected thereon, a suitable building, with iirc- S'"' proof vaults therein, for the accommodation of the post office, United States counts and other Government olilces, at the city of Wichita, State of Kansas. The plans, specifications, and full estimates for said P¥¤¤¤»¢¤¤*» °*¤· building shall be previously made und approved according to law, and shall not exceed for the site and building complete the sum of fifty thousand dollars.
