That the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States pay to the V<>1.9.p.556. treasurer of that part of the Cherokees known and denominated “Old "0ld Settlers" Settlers or Western Cherokees," the sum of six hundred and sixty dollars and eighty cents, together with five per cent. interest from the thirtieth day of September eighteen hundred and fifty-one it being the amount due and unpaid and including the balance now in the Treasury of the appropriation of eight hundred and eighty-seven thousand four hundred and eighty dollars and fifteen cents made to them by act of Congress, September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and fifty. cnows.
