Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Bush A- Red- States of America in Congress assembled, That tho auditor of tho District mggéd M of Columbia bc, and is hereby, authorized to issnoto Sarah A. Redmond a duplicate certificate for one lost or burned, numbered eighteen thousand thmo hundred and thirteen class six, of the board of audit, for thirty dollars and ninety-four cents: Igrovidad, That sho furnish to the auditor satisfactory proof of the loss or destruction of the original ccrtiticatc and that the same has not been paid und executes to tho Commissioners of the District of Columbia u bond, with two sufficient surotios, in double the amount, as security in tho issue of said certificate, and as an indemnity to said District against all cost., loss, or damage in consequence of the issue of said duplicate cortiiicato. And said certificate shall bo redeemed, as all board ot audit certificates uc, by tho '1‘mas¤rer of tho United States, as commissioner of the sinking fund of the District of Columbia.
