Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United George H·Fi¤k¤· States of America in Congress assembled, Thatthe Secretary of the Interior sig“°’°‘“‘°° °f P°“' be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll n' the name of George H. Fluke, late a private in Company Nrnteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and to direct the payment to said George H. Fluke the sum of forty dollars per month, instead of the sum he IS now receiving. Approved, July 4, 1884. July 4, 1884, CHAP. 213.-An act granting a pension to Noah E. Smith. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Noah E. Smith. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P*‘>¤¤*°¤- rior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll the name of Noah E. Smith, now of Laconia. in the State of New Hampshire, and to pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-tive dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 4, 1884. ' July 5, 1884. CHAP. 236.-An act granting a perésion to the widow of Major-General James B. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United M¤rg¤·¤-W SMG- States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of Mrs. Margaret mghdcm Steedman, widow of late Major·Genera1 James B, Steedman, be placed upon the pension-list, and that she be allowed ilfty dollars per month trom the passage of this act.
