Petty. Petty, late a private in Company E, Eighth Missonui Volunteer Cavalry, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 14th, 1885. Vance, invalid daughter of Colonel Joseph W. Vance, deceased, late colonel of the Ninety-Sixth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, February 14th, 1885. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Ruth $*¤**¤¤· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inl“’i°“· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place on the pension-roll the name of Ruth Stratton, of Henry County, Indiana, and pay her a pension as the dependent mother of Albert Stratton, deceased, who was late a private in Company F of the Eighty~fourtb Regiment of Indiana Volunteers; said pension to be subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States.
