Smithers, late a private in Com- ° ' pany D, Twenty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and to pay him a pension subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Williams, United States volunteers, at the rate of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which she now receives. Blake, widow of the late Commodore Homer Crane ' Blake, United States Navy, from thirty dollars to ilfty dollars per mouth, said increase to take effect from and after the passage of this act.
