Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Warren L. Rice. Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the P¤¤¤i¤¤- name of Warren L. Rice, late a private in Company F, Sixth Michigan Heavy Artillery, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 3, 1886.
