Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior James Carlinis hereby directed to increase the pension of James Carlin, late a private dP°““'°“ ”"”`°”’ in Company I, Third Regiment Vermont Volunteers, and now on the ° ° pension-roll, to forty dollars a month. Approved, February 3, 1887. CHAP. 9'I.—-An act granting a pension to Thomas Brown.
