Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Sabin gtO.,k;,,g_ States of America ln Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior Pension. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sabin Stocking, who was formerly surgeon of the Seventeenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteers, in the late war, from and after the passage of this act.
