Be it enacted by the_Senate and House of Representatives of the United State_s of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §’js{(£°¤”*=*d· of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Penfield, late a nurse in the United tates Army, and that she be granted a pension at the rate of twenty- five dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1888. CHAP. 119.—An act for the relief of John F. Cadwallader.
