Smith, a rivate in T. Armstrong’s company, Twenty-fourth Regiment Ilnited States Infantry, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, a pension of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of twelve dollars per month as now allowed her by law. - _ . Approved, February 26, 1889. CHAP. 289.-An act for the relief of Milo McCri11is. February an, iam. ‘ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ‘ United States of America in C’ongre$ assembled, That the Secretary Milo M<=¤r11¤s of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay P°’m°"° °°' Milo McCrillis, late postmaster at Weaver’s Corners, Huron County, Ohio, the sum of seventy-five dollars and seventy-six cents, the same being for postage- tamps,fr>ostal-cards, and stamped envelopes feloniously taken by burglars rom the office of said postmaster, March iirst, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, without any fault or negligence on his part.
