Be it enacted by the Senate and House { Representatives of the United of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary ;Vi¤is¤¤ Bi¤¤i¤z¤=·- of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace °°S'°“ m°""°d‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations ol) the pension laws, the name of William Bittinger, late of Company G, welfth Regiment Pennsylvania. Reserves, and ay him at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889. ` CHAP. 458.-An act granting an increase of pension to General S. W. Price. March 2,  ::4 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Hzpresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Priceof the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to increase the en- °” m"°°‘°°d‘ sion of General S. W. Price, late of the Twenty-first Regiment lgentucky Volunteer Infantry, from seventy-two dollars per month to one hundred dollars per month, the said S. W. Price having become totally blind, the loss of his eyesight being the direct result of a gunshot wound received by him while in the service of the Government in the United States army, at the battle of Kenesaw, during the late war of the rebellion, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1889. CHAP. 459.-An act granting an increase of pension to Frank Wolford. March 2. ISD. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gngik Wolford of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place ° °“"‘°'°”°°‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the movisioiis and limitations o the nsion laws, the name of Frank olford, late colonel of the First Hentiicky Volunteer Cavalry, and grant him a pension of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889. CH AP. 460.-An act granting an increase of pension to Jacob S. Shuman. March 2. IBN. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Jmp s. summa. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place *’*’“"°” mmm on the pension·roll the name of acob S. Shuman, late captain of Company H. Eleventh Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and to pay him a pension of seventy two per month instead of of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889. J ohnson’s regiment. in the war of eighteen hundred and thirteen, a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of eight dollars per month as now allowed by law. Approved, March 2, 1889.
