- struct an addition to the public bu' ding in the city of Houston, in the State of Texas, by having such part of said bui ding that is now one story in height raised to two stories in height, and for this pur- Avv¤>r¤¤i<>¤¤- pose the sum of fifteen thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same to be used in the construction of said addition and providinfg necessary heating apparatus, cistern, and so`forth.
