United States og America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°"°'°"‘ of the Interior e, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Henrietta L. Arlin, widow of _Captain William H. Arlin, late of Company K, Second New York Veteran Cavalry volunteers, on the pensionroll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890. ‘ Aprn 21,1NO.
