C. Martin, of Oregon, on the pension-roll, on account of disability and service in the company commanded by Ca tain James Craig, Missouri Mounted Volunteers, under command otp Colonel Powell in the war with Mexico, subject to the limitations and regulations of the pension laws of the United States in pensioning the survivors of the war with Mexico. CHAP. 232.—A.n¢act to grant a pension to Julia A. Erskine. May 19,1%. Be in enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Juuasmsum · of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and required to place P°"‘°°"‘ on the pension-roll the name of J ulia A. Erskine, the widow of ohn Erskine, deceased, late a private of Company F, of the Eleventh Regiment of United States Infantry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from the passage of this act, and otherwise subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary David Auppy. of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place P°““‘°“‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the dprovisions and limitations o the ension laws, the name of Davi A. Pottle. my 21.1690 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatires of the United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary Emily '1‘.P¤tt1¤. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place P°“‘°“‘ on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Emilly T. Pottle, of Witc ita, Kansas, who served as a volunteer hospita nurse during the years eighteen hundred and sixty-one and eig teen hundred an sixty-two, in the war of the rebellion, and pay her at the rate of twelve ollars a month from and after the passage of this act.
