Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the V United States of America in Corggress assembled, That the Secretalpy <;¤¤¤¤¤· of the Interior is hereby direct to place the name of Patrick C - han, late private of Company F, Forty-sixth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, on the pension—roll, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws and in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
