Septuubgrgly, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Nm-coin County zerof the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay ""p‘§°,'}‘,,‘f,',,‘{*’§,f’j to the Norfollr Counliy ferry committee, of Norfolk, Virginia, out of any money in the reasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty-two thousand three hundred dollars, that bein the amount collected by the guaitermastefs Department of the United States Army as tolls an ferriages for the transportation of civilians, their animals and freights, for three years and eleven months, excepting eight days, beyond the current expenses and repairs of said ferry as found by the ourt of Claims.
