Baugness, late a private in Company I, Thirty- seventh Illinois Volunteers, so as to remove the charge of desertion from_the same; and the proper accounting officers o the Treasury B.,,,,.t,_ m__ to are directed to pay to the heirs or legal representatives of the said '=°*¤· Robert J. Baugness, deceased, the bounty and allowances that would have been due him had not such charge of desertion appeared against him on the rolls. Approved, September 4, 1890. CHAP. 898.-An act for the relief of Henrietta E. Boggs. september 4, 1890. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amerika in Conggess assembled, That from and H¤¤¤¤, after the fpassage of this act there paid, out of the naval pension ° m ` fund, to enrietta E. Boggs, widow of the late Rear-Admiral harles S. Boggs, United States Navy, the sum of fifty dollars per month during er widowhood, the same to be in lieu of her present pension.
