Harper, late a private in Company K, Thirtieth Re iment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and now a resident of Humeston, Wayne H<>¤¤¤b¤<=di=¤h¤¤s¤· County, Iowa, and grant him an honorable discharge of date August thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
