W. Taylor, in the First Regiment of Arkansas Mounted olunteers, commanded by Colonel A. Yell, in the war with Mexico, with an increase of pension to the amount of twenty dollars per month. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary nuynwua of the Interior be, and he is hereby. authorized and directed to place *’°¤”°'L on the pension—roll the name of Mrs. Mary Ewald, of Des Moines, Iowa, as the widow of Robert Ewald, late a member of Company D, Fourteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and pay her a pension according to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
