Woods on the pension-roll of the United States, at the rating of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of thirty dollars per month which she is now receiving on certificate numbered two hundred and sixteen thousand six hundred and thirty- six, as the widow of Charles R. Woods, late of Seventy-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteers. Approved, September 29, 1890. CHAP. 1086.-An act for the relief of Thomas Nelson. September 29.1991 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ;gg;*;;;`:°l*¤· I of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to in- . crease the pension of Thomas Nelson, late a private in Company E, Third Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, and subsequently second lieutenant of Com any E, Forty-fifth Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per month, and to pay him such pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 29, 1890. CHAP. 1087.-An act for the relief of Allen Morris. September 29, 1830. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary a of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Allen Morris, late a member of Company E, Second Regiment Missouri Infantry Volunteers in the war with Mexico, from eight to twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives.
