Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Abigai1Hughes. -of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place P'°"“‘°“· on the pension-rolls of the United States the name of Abigail Hughes, widow of Benjamin G. Hughes, late of Company F, Seventy-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infant , subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary muemrumm. of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to lace P°“°"· on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations oi) the _ pension laws, the name of Miss Francis Thatcher, the daughter of Abijah Thatcher, who served as a soldier in First Company, Twentieth Connecticut State Militia, in the war of eighteen hun red and twelve, and the granddaughter of Union John Thatcher, who served as a soldier in the war of the Revolution, and to pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month.
