"_*" Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary sem nes¤¤—,om¤ of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay g;,,,B§,§§,?,§é,f“° E' to Mrs. Selina Bestor, Orson H. Bestor, and E. Francis Riggs, out of P¤Y¤¤·>¤¤ *0- any money in the Treasury not otherwise ap rolpriated, the sum of twenty-one thousand two hundred and thirty Idollars and sixty-seven cents, the same being the amount that was improperly turned over _ , to the United States Treasur , or to the disbursing officers of the o · United States Navy, by the atbresaid parties in settlement of a deficiency in the money, account of Assistant Pa master Jacob D. Doyle, United States avy, who at the time the dsehciency occurred was insane, and that said sum be distributed as follows: To Mrs. Selina Bestor the sum of fourteen thousand two hundred and thirty dollars and sixty-seven cents; to Orson H. Bestor, the ·sum of four thousand dollars; and to E. Francis Riggs, the sum of three thousand dollars. Approved, February 21, 1891. F¤b¤¤¤1 21. 1891- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Post- N¤¢1¤¤¤ Kimbal master-General be, and is hereby, directed to credit the account of i"°°°°""t°°° Nathan Kimball, postmaster at Ogden, Utah, with the sum of one thousand three hundred and twenty-nine dollars and thirty-eight cents, for postal funds stolen or embezzled from the st—office at Ogden, Utah, for which he is responsible to the UnitedpStates. e . im Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Miami Flaherty. of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to cause the ,.,,§'{f,*§‘f°' "°°‘°"'°° records of the War Department to be so amended as to remove the charge of desertion from the service record of Michael Flaherty, late a private in Com any H, Ninety-first regiment New York Volunteers, and to grant an honorable discharge to the said Michael Flaherty as a private of said company as of the date of July third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
