Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the },*:;'S{gi DW- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary S. Day, former widow of Jesse Day, late of the Fifteenth Ohio Battery, on the pension roll, and (pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from an after the passage of this act. Leighton, widow of Everett W. eighton, deceased, late of Company C of the Thirteenth New Hampshire Volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28 1891. Joiner, a resident of Scottsborough, Alabama, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, on account of disability resulting from disease contracted while serving as a hospital nurse during the war of the rebellion.
