Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the num mesumniy. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°“*°“· of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Ruth McAnnally, the widow of Alexander Nosmyth, late second lieutenant in Company B, Forty-seventh Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891. Match .8, 1891. CHAP. 666.-An act restoring the name of Emily J. Welker to tue pension roll. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the nmn{J.we1ker. United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary P°"‘ °“ "°s”°"d· of the Interior is hereby empowered and directed to restore to the invalid pension rolls, subject to the limitations of the general n- sion laws, the name of Emily J.
