Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the num mesumniy. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°“*°“· of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Ruth McAnnally, the widow of Alexander Nosmyth, late second lieutenant in Company B, Forty-seventh Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws.
