Manufactures. 414._ All manufactures of silk, or of which silk is the component material of chief value, not speciall rovided for in this act, fifty home. per_ centum ad valorem: Provided, Yfhat all such manufactures of w¤o1,em.,m1x:m·e¤. which wool, or the hair of the camel, oat, or other like animals is a component material, shall be classified as manufactures of wool.
