Each of said delegates shall be selected with reference to his acquaintance with the system of patent Q¤¤¤i¤<¤¤i<>¤¤. and trade-mark laws of the United States, and kindred subjects, and the administration of the Bureau of Patents. Sec. 2. That all- causes, rocess, bonds, recognizances, and other P¤¤di¤z¤attses,et¤. things pending in, returnablg or having relation to, the terms of said court now provided by law shall be proceeded with in the terms provided b this act, with the same force and effect that would have been lawful had the times of holding said court not been changed.
