July 14, 1891 Be it enacted oy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the nm; c. Bmw. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°“‘°"· pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pen sion laws, the name of David C, Barrow, a soldier of the Indian War of eighteen hundred and thirty six, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
