Be it enacted In; the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ·{,*;*;¤_,§¤*°ij_1=*¤¤·, lnterior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed toplace on the ' pension roll the name of John Stockwell, late of Company K, of the Sevcntysixth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {5;:;;; ?¤¤¤s1¤f¤¤- Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the m ' pension of Mary P. Broughton by allowing her a rate of two dollars per ` month in addition to her present rate as widow of Wilbur F. Broughton, late of Company I, One hundred and twelhh Illinois Infantry, said increase being on account of Allie Dill Broughton, the permanently- helpless daughter of the above-named soldier, and said increase of two dollars per month to continue to the widow only so long as said Allie Dill Broughton shall be in whole or in part supported by her, and in case of the death or remarriage of the widow the entire pension of fourteen dollars per month shall be continued and paid to said Allie I)ill Broughton, or her legal guardian.
