Ri gg, of Macomb, Illinois, who is the daughter and only heir of James Depoy (who was second lieutenant in Company Ain the Fifty-fourth Regiment of Ohio Infantry in the war of the rebellion, to whom pension certificate numbered one hundred and fifty-eight thousand seven hundred and twenty-three was issued, and who died previous to the receipt by him of said certificate), the amount due upon said certiiicate at the time of the death of said James Depoy.
