That the terms of the district court for the district of North °° ‘ Dakota shall be held at Bismarck on the iirst Tuesday of March in each year; at Fargo on the third Tuesday of May in each year; at Grand Forks on the second Tuesday of November in each year, and at Devils Lake on the first Tuesday of July in each year.
