Eleventh Cgngug, That the office of the Eleventh Census shall be abolished and the °°‘°°*‘>°“·‘·°**· terms of all employees appointed under the provisions of the Act of v°”°· "°°°‘ March nrst, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, entitled “An Act to provide for the taking of the Eleventh and subsequent censuses,” or of any subsequent Act relating to the Eleventh Census, shall cease and terminate, except as hereinafter specified, after the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-tive.
