Cris. 242,243. 1896. 137 dangerous missile at or into any locomotive, caboose, postal car, passenger coach, express, or baggage car of any railway train, or at any person thereon, or shall derail or attempt to derail any locomotive or train, shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and on conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor in the penitentiary for any time not more than twenty years: Provided, That if any person ,*§*°*Z‘—*,;h H shall be killed, either directly or indirectly, by reason of said shooting, miggiii. °° n °°°° throwing, or derailing, the person causing the death shall be deemed guilty of murder, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished accordingly. _ Sec. 2. CHAP. 243.-—An Act To provide for settlement of titles and disposition of public Ma.Y25·1896· lands in the Arredondo grant, in Columbia County, Florida. ;""" Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the lands embraced in fiQ"";],,,,,,,,,,,,, the Arredondo grant of twenty thousand acres, in Columbia County, Arr<>·i:i=·i¤gr¤¤r- State of Florida, are and shall be disposed of as follows: The lands in T" I‘“k° °"°" the incorporated limits of Lake City shall be subject to entry only by the mayor of said city, in trust for the use and benefit of the several owners or occupants under claim of title of said lands, in accordance with the Acts of Congress in such case made and provided.
