Williams, late superintendent of Indian school at Fort Hall and special disbursing agent, on the principles of equity and justice, and to give him credit for such disbursements as shall be shown to have been actually and honestly made and {gw- have accrued to the benetit of the Government or the Indians: 1'ro vided, That the total credits allowed under the provisions of this Act shall not be more than nine hundred dollars in excess of the balance now standing against this officer.
