Sec. 74. That if any person, being or assuming to be an officer, °"i·2¤¤- °*¤·,)·2f W- agent, or member of any private corporation or company, shall, with mziéiionw IBM" intent to defraud or deceive anyone, willfully and knowingly make, circulate, or publish, or concur in the making, circulating, or publishing, any written or printed statement or account, concerning or relating to the liabilities, assets, or property of such corporation or company, which statement or account shall be false in any material particular, such person, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in the manner provided in section seventy-three. Sec. 75.
