Green Bernard }¤.G¤·•¤¤w be, and is hereby, instructed to issue a duplicate of said original check {f,’"j§.§,§’§}§§§° °§’§f to Frederick MacMonnies, under such regulations in regard to its issue M¤¤¤i¤¤- and payment as have been prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury for the issue of duplicate checks under the provisions of section thirty- six hundred and forty-six, Revised Statutes of the United States. Dodd, of Indianapolis, Indiana, late a member of Company A, Fourth Regiment I ndiana Volunteer Infantry, and that he be paid a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount he is now receiving.
