Palmer, late a private in Company A of the Sixth Wisconsin Infantry, and to pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Custer Calhoun, widow of Lieutenant James Calhoun, late of the Seventh United States Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that she is now receiving.
