Herd, widow of Andrew J. Herd, late lieutenantcolonel of the Fourteenth Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month, with the usual allowance for her minor children in addition thereto, such pension to be in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
