Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United k£l=¤rl¤**¤ I-- WN- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the rtmm. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Charlotte L. Walker, formerly Charlotte L. Marshall, widow of George C. Marshall, late major of the Second Regiment Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1898. Avril 281**98- CHAP. 220.—.~\n Act Granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Christine C. Barnard. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United B_M¤•- ,¤l¤·i¤¢i¤¤ C- Stateso f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the R,':,ii.{,,mm.ss, Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Christine C. Barnard, widow of Major Moses J. Barnard, of the Voltigeurs, Company H, from the State of Pennsylvania, Me xiean war, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United glnrias: E·H·>l>l>¤- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °" ‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll the name of Clarissa E. Hobbs, of Louisville, Nebraska, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month for services as nurse in the Twelfth Regiment Iowa Infantry. Approved, April 28, 1898.

 CHAP. 222.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah Brumm.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqiresentatives of the United ,§·;¤:_*:Ul‘*;g_·;·¤·· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Brumm, widow of George W. Brumm, late major Fiftieth Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month, in lien of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1898. _ Avril 28- CHAP. 223.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ransom S. Angell. Be it enacted In; the Senate and House of Representatires of the United {$3::;;; gxgg; States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the _ Interior and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Ransom S. Angell, late private in Company G, First Regiment Wisconsin Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate_of seventeen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
