A. Pinkston, widow of Franklin C. Pinkston, late of Captain Asher’s company of Alabama Volunteers in the Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Harlan, late a captain of Company M, Ninth Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dohars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, December 20, 1898. CHAP. 22.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary C. Gardheifner. December-20, 1808. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Msry C- Gnrdhei- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°i;L¤¤i¤¤¤¤m•m. pension roll the name of Mary C. Gardbeifner, widow of William B. Gardhetlner, alias James W. White, late a private in Company A of the Fourteenth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of the pension that she is now receiving.
