Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ·{,g§:$§nG'*“*h· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Joseph Griflith, dependent father of John H. Griiiith, late of Company F, First Eastern Shore Maryland Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, December 20, 1898. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {‘§_‘;}}*j,f“’“°°*· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James Burnett, dependent father of Thomas Burnett, late a private of Company B, Fifth Regiment of Tennessee Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Utley Davis, widow of Eugene M. Utley, sergeant, Company F, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment New gork Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve ollars per month. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mKf$d_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of George Witter, late private, First Battery Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
