Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Napoleon B- Arm- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the '°}°§',§i,,,, ,,,0,.,.,,;, Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Napoleon B. Armstrong, late of Company I (Captain W. S. Hatton), Third Regiment Tennessee Infantry Volunteers, Mexican war, and pay him a pen sion at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899. Price, widow of William Price, late chaplain of the Second Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
