Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States. of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the A¤¤¤!¤d¤}"’i¤¤¤r¤=· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°°1°”"`°"“°°d‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Amanda Willmarth, widow of James D. Willmarth, late of Companies B and C, Seventysixth Regiment New York Volun- _ teers, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, February 28. 1899. CHAP. 307.—An Act Granting a pension to Jesse Everly. jbriuary 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatuaes of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {,g;°:,g;"°'*Y~ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse Everly, late a member of Company A, Twenty- sixth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 308.—An Act Granting a pension to William L. Quinn. February 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Ihggiigm L-Quinn Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the B °' pension roll,· subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William L. Quinn, late scout and guide in the military service of the United States, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
